Our Commitment
At esimroad, we are committed to providing high-quality eSIM services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Nature of Digital Products
eSIM products sold on esimroad.com are digital, non-tangible, and non-returnable goods. Once an eSIM profile is delivered or activated, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused. No refunds will be issued except as described below.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted under the following specific circumstances:

The eSIM was not delivered to your registered email within the promised timeframe (usually within 15 minutes/hours of purchase).
You were unable to activate the eSIM due to a technical error on our side, and our support team could not resolve the problem.
The purchased plan was incompatible with your device, and this incompatibility was NOT clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.

Please note: Refunds will NOT be granted for the following reasons:

Attempted use with an incompatible device, when the website already stated your device is not supported.
Incorrect eSIM installation, user error, or failure to follow the activation instructions.
Unused data, partial usage, or remaining balance on the eSIM after use.
Change of mind after a successful purchase or activation.

Refund Process
To request a refund, you must:

Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase at admin@esimroad.com.
Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
Cooperate with our technical team for any required troubleshooting.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
